Post ncarrier for 2D materials
Dear all,
The default value of ncarrier concentration is in cm^-3 (for bulk system I think). But for 2D or 1D system, is this unit cm^-2 or cm^-1?

Yes it should be those units. However 2D and 1D system are not implemented in EPW.
You can still try to use EPW for those but you might have to fiddle with the code (see the transport module in EPW/src/).
